[Verse 1]

Ya bay bitch stop fuck wit cha if ya cause u hella broke

She closed her eyes I walked away she said where da hell u go

A couple puffs is gonna have us both goners
We matching blunts she got that hydro on her
I'm in a slump I'm too lazy to bone her
I still pop her, this is high love
Superstar shit, we spawn novas
True vanguard click, we trend setters
Truly I am blessed. it can't get no betta
On no I spoke to fast, she rollin that grass
Blunt look like Ruben Studdard, fat ass a mudafucka
We in a zone nukka, no need for man coverage
We bumpin bone brother, we straight buddas lovas

[Course 4x]

It gots to be real (real)...I'm So High babe

[Verse 2]

Don’t need to top 40, if I Top 44
I done search this whole world, for my Supergirl
From smelly Cali ones to the diesel New Yorkers
Coppin them Ice in the Lights of the Northerners
So many different flavors Afghan to Island Lady
Swiss misses is my mistress she flood me with ki-ki-kisses
My little Hawaii Mami, Waui when I'm in Maui
Fourway is how we Polly then they ménage Selassie
And then I caught me another one
Posted on the corner blowin Bubble Gum
She said hit up later for a little fun
And I’m cuttin her cause the bubble gum leave stupid dumb
She said need sumthin to take her off her feet (feet)
I said no worries I got plenty swisher sweets (sweets)
She said she need sumthin to put her on her Ta-Ta-Tush
I said no worries I got pounds of that Ku-Ku-Kush

[Course 4x]

It gots to be real (real)...I'm So High babe

[Bridge x4]

Now put ya mudafuckin lighters in the sky
And burn a Fat J and get nice for the night

[Outro]

Yeah...
I wanna take this moment to thank everybody who help me complete this cypher
Shout outs 2 all my niggas who are heavy tookers
And to all my bitches who are the designated blunt rollers
I see you Mami uhh...

Yeah Selassie, Sha Baby
Awww mannn there ain't a better feeling
I know you niggas feel me

J. Cole Talks Being Labelmates With Willow Smith, November 12 Mixtape

The mixtape is called "Friday Night Lights," and Cole says it's coming November 12.
Shade 45 radio personality Angela Yee recently caught up with RocNation artist J. Cole at the Eminem/Jay-Z show at Yankee Stadium and spoke to Cole about his new labelmate Willow Smith, his upcoming mixtape, and more.

“I haven’t met her, but I did just get a phone call that the family wants to meet me,” said J. Cole. “Cause I got so many raps shouting out Will Smith. I don’t know if you really notice I shout him out on ‘Who Dat,’ ‘A Star Is Born’…That’s just cause I got a high respect for him and even his family right now they got a perfect life. So I can’t wait to meet little Willow.”

J. Cole was somewhat reluctant to speak on his new mixtape, but did reveal that it will be released in early October.

“Really when I decided to do the mixtape it was on some spur of the moment,” J. Cole explained. “I had just did the song and I’m like ‘Damn I got all this music fuck it let’s just put out a mixtape.’ And now it’s like we putting together mixtapes like this is in the album, but that’s what today’s game is. I’m calling it a mixtape for the sake of calling it a mixtape, but it’s really an album in a sense.”

As far as the release date for a studio album J. Cole explained that a solid date is still up in the air.

“I don’t really have a definite date. I could say some shit, but it probably wouldn’t be right,” said Cole. (September 16)

NO TIME TO FOLD NOW!!!

For his most recent movie role, 50 Cent went to extreme lengths to play the part.

In his upcoming movie, Things Fall Apart, 50 plays a football player diagnosed with cancer, reports ThisIs50.com.

In order to look the part, he dropped from 214 lbs to 160 with the help of a liquid diet and a three-hour-a-day treadmill walk for nine weeks.

"I was starving," said 50, who is currently on tour. "I've been eating. I'll be back in shape in no time!"

Other actors have been known for losing and gaining significant weight for their roles. One notable example is Christian Bale, who dropped to 120 lbs for 2004's The Machinist, and gained over 100 lbs for the titular role in Batman Begins.

Look I respect desire, determination & a strong will...I mean that is a big staple of my entire being but even I think this is a little drastic. But I still applaud 50 for building his own project, networking his ass off to get the top talent and doing everything that is needed for for it to be a success and for those reason alone I will watch this movie and root for it. I pretty much hated any movie 50 was in but this time I am on your side 50.

Some inspirational music for my boy Fif!!!

THIS IS WHAT IT ALL COMES DOWN TO!!!

My Magics are still alive after being down 3-0 and this is the most pivotal game in the series. If the Magics win tonight they will close out the Celtics by a double digit score.

The Magics need Chester (5 min from Philly) own Jameer Nelson to attack the rim off the pick and roll and make good decisions around the rim. He has to take the shot, pass or lob to a cuttin dwight or hit Rashard in the corner.

The Magics is a great story and if they Win this series it will be one of the most inspriartional tales in sports history. I'm goin all in for my team and if we win tonight I will be Jameer Nelson for Halloween.

LETS GO MAGICS!!!

The Roots collab w/ J. Legend + more on new album

Philadelphia Hip Hop outfit The Roots have recruited John Legend and My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James for their upcoming album, How I Got Over.

According to Billboard, the album will also feature a track that samples Joanna Newsom's "Book of Right-On," a track featured on her 2004 release The Milk-Eyed Mender.

Jim James is set to appear on a remake of Monsters of Folk's "Dear God."

How I Got Over was recorded during The Roots' tenure as the house band for "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," as well as working on albums for John Legend and Booker T.

Culture VI - KRS-One speaks on Jay-Z jacking "D.O.A" & "Blueprint"

Wow...Real Talk....

No I.D interview w/ DX

Crowned our Producer of the Year for 2009, Chicago-born No I.D. has basically circumnavigated the Hip Hop ocean with his unique musical interpretations and soundscapes. Sixteen years after producing the all time classic "I Used to Love H.E.R." for fellow Chicago brethren Common, Dion Wilson came full circle last year after the trend-killing success of "D.O.A." Demanding critical acclaim on par with the ’94 hit, the most talked about song of the year put the producer extraordinaire in territories new.

: What would you pinpoint as the highlight of your year?
No I.D.: Now, honestly, it would be the success of "D.O.A." [by Jay-Z] on a critical level, as I haven’t felt that response since "I Used To Love H.E.R." [by Common].
